Minor Arcana Meanings
The Minor Arcana of the Tarot means the “Lesser Mystery”.
It is made up of 56 cards, divided into four suits, like playing cards.
The suits are Swords, Cups, Wands and Pentacles. The four suits deal with the four expressions of human consciousness - the mental, the spiritual, the emotional, and the physical.
The Minor Arcana in a Tarot card reading reflects our daily experiences in each of these four realms, and represents different people in our lives. These cards show our feelings, thoughts, perceptions and interactions with everyday situations and people.
